President

Ed Hill has over 30 years of experience in the field of Technology. Mr. Hill graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. Mr. Hill worked five years as a Systems Analyst for Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. After working in a Corporate environment for a few years, Ed decided to pursue a career as a restaurateur and comedy promoter. He opened Mama's Kitchen @ Indigo Blues on 46th Street in New York. After a few years, moved to Baltimore MD, and worked for 20 years with Sylvan Learning Systems / Laureate Education Inc. as an Instructor, Program/Curriculum Developer, and finally Vice President of Technology, managing Campuses and Online Universities in California, Santa Fe, Florida, New Zealand, Italy, and England.
Derrick D. Greene has over 25 years of experience spanning multiple industries and disciplines. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a concentration in Information Systems from Northeastern University. In addition to working in the non-profit and government sectors, he has been a business analyst for a Fortune 1000 company, and a business/operations manager in the Baltimore City Public School Systems. Mr. Greene supplements his professional work with his community outreach. He is a trustee in his church and active in his fraternity.

Wendy Baker holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Maryland College Park and a Masters degree in Management with a concentration in Nonprofits and Associations. Wendy has over 30 years of accounting, payroll and taxation experience. Wendy sits on the Board of Directors for Wellness Employee Service Transfer, Incorporated, a nonprofit organization that provides supported employment for adults with disabilities and also for adults who have mental breaks during their lives and want to return to the workforce.

Growing up in Baltimore County graduating from Woodlawn High School in 1989, Ms. Catherine Isadora King is passionate about helping young adults succeed. She has received her formal education from Nova Southeastern University obtaining her BS in Business and a MS In HR Management. She has worked with Job Corp helping youth obtain employment upon completion of their trade. Catherine has also worked with Plan Parenthood in Florida teaching middle school students social skills at the Boys and Girls Club of America.

Deborah F. Sharpe has 27 years of service and experience in K-12 public education. She holds a Bachelors of Arts in Mass Communication from Winston-Salem State University and a Masters of Education in Special Education from Coppin State College. Ms. Sharpe has dedicated her life to Education. She was a Special Education Manager, School Principal, and Executive Director of Principal Support in the Baltimore City School System. While working within the Baltimore City Public School Systems she also fulfilled her passion of teaching at the University level.

Clinical Psychologist
Mary L. Taylor-Ennis received her doctorate from the Catholic University of America. She has worked in the foster care system and has taught as an adjunct professor at Morgan State University, The University of Baltimore, Notre Dame and Baltimore City Community College. Before pursuing her “calling” of psychotherapy full time, Dr. Taylor-Ennis opened and managed the Institute of Life Enrichment in Baltimore City for 10 years until she was able to open her private practice. She has found great pleasure in providing services to a diverse clientele with a variety of needs. Dr. Taylor-Ennis is a member of The American Psychological Association, The Maryland Psychological association, Association of Black Psychologist, The Black Mental Health Alliance, and the Baltimore Society of Psychoanalytic.

Ajah Doswell, a Native Baltimorean, was educated in both the Baltimore City and County Public School Systems. After receiving both a Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Social Work, Mrs. Doswell has spent over 10 years working in the human services field as a Licensed Social Worker. During the last decade, Mrs. Doswell has provided both direct and indirect services to individuals and families in several areas. As a Licensed Clinician, Mrs. Doswell is well rounded in the areas of foster care, mental health, community support, and case management. Currently Mrs. Doswell is pursuing her dream as an entrepreneur focusing on Program Development and Monitoring and Program Credentialing Specialties.
